The world has changed extensively; coaching has become a much-needed tool to handle many transitions. There are more mergers and acquisitions, more job transitions, more self-employment, more downsizings and more small businesses.

Our coaching sessions are conducted with individuals and with small groups, both within and outside the organisational structure.

One on one coaching session

Our coaches focus on development that will help leaders and managers become more effective in their current roles, stretch to the next level, and work in ways that are sustainable and personally rewarding.  Results can be accomplished in whatever areas that has been identified as essential.

careerplannerDuring the first meeting, we establish the basics: Do we like each other? Are we comfortable together? Do you really need and want a coach? Where, when and how often are we going to meet? What will be the cost? What are your goals? Have you received a 360˚ assessment feedback and you would like to go through, to develop and acquire new skills and behaviours…

Once the diagnosis and goals are agreed, we start the coaching process.

The Talent Square Coaches provide one-on-one coaching sessions with individual clients over a period of 3 to 12 months for one hour per week in person or on the phone (depending of the client’s agenda). During the first coaching session we help our clients set three goals in the three most important areas of their work/life. Ongoing sessions then provide structure, feedback, perspective and encouragement to assist our clients to achieve their goals as quickly and easily as possible. The ideas and feelings shared over the course of the relationship are kept in strictest confidence.

 

Team Coaching

A Team is a living, dynamic system with spoken and unspoken rules, vision, blind spots, expectations, moods.

The spirit of a team affects and influences the individuals and plays a significant role in how the team works together and what the team produces. Anyone who has worked closely on a team knows this from their own experience. Effective team coaching focuses on the whole as a system, and the interrelationships among the team. There is more to team coaching than coaching individuals to be better team members. The team must be coached as its own entity, independent of the needs of any single member.

Team Coaching is a wonderful tool in order to align and adjust cultural differences within a new environment (country, working place, new team, ect). It can also help the group to develop Individual and Global awareness concerning potential synergies and resources.
