Mission

To receive and handle inbound calls or chatting/ e-mail activities, concerning technical support and customer service in German Language

Prerequisites


  • Graduates of High School, Colleges, Foreign Universities
  • Native Speakers of German Language
  • Advanced Knowledge of English Language (Proficiency level)
  • Advanced Knowledge of PC
  • Communication Skills, Strong Team Spirit, Passionate about Customer Care
